Gaining and losing weight is a part of an actor’s life. Sometimes they have to go through this because the role demands it.

Sheezan Khan

, who last appeared in 'Chand Jalne Laga' alongside Kanika Mann as the parallel lead, shared a glimpse of his remarkable transformation on Instagram. Spanning from March 2023 to May 2024, the actor showcased his best shape yet.

He posted a picture of his physical transformation which took the entire social media by surprise. Netizens and his fans started praising his efforts. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, Sheezan revealed the motivation behind his impressive transformation.
When asked Sheezan says, ”This transformation is personal. Last year, because of my bad health phases I had gained weight. Shedding it off was in my mind for quite sometime. There were days when I was looking out of shape and didn’t like my frame at all. So pulling me out from that zone was my ultimate aim. This time I have not done it for anything else but my own satisfaction.”

He also adds, ”In any weight loss journey your trainer matters a lot. In my case, my trainer Sumit Gurav has been my constant pillar of strength. I work out seven days a week and twice every day. I went on

zero carbs

for two weeks so it’s a combination of

right food

and

correct training

under proper guidance. One must also remember that good

fitness

is a continuous process - you have to follow your routine everyday.”
On being asked how many kilos, he managed to shed off, Sheezan said, "I lost 9 kilos and took me one year to lose it, all the extra fat."
Sharing about the feedback he is getting the actor says, ”More than anyone I am loving myself more in the mirror now. The right frame definitely boosts up my moral and I want to continue this journey.”
