NEW DELHI: In the latest batch of

court documents

concerning disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, one of his accusers, Sarah Ransome, testified that he provided young girls with

Victoria's Secret

bikinis and nightwear when they arrived at his

private island

, Fox business reported.
Ransome, who was brought into Epstein's sex trafficking at the age of 22, claimed that all the girls who came to Epstein's private island, known as Little St.

James in the US Virgin Islands, were given Victoria's Secret bikinis and nightwear by their host.
During her deposition, Ransome was asked if Victoria's Secret clothes were provided to her. She replied, "Yes. All of the outfits — there were clothes that were provided on the island by Jeffrey Epstein, which were all Victoria's Secret clothing: bikinis, nightwear."
Ransome's testimony follows the recent release of documents pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. These documents, made public last week, revealed that victims of the trafficking ring were supplied with Victoria's Secret clothing. Additionally, some individuals were enticed into the ring under the prospect of becoming a model for the renowned brand.

Among the released documents was the deposition of Joseph Recarey, a former police detective in Palm Beach, Florida, who headed the investigation into allegations of Epstein's solicitation of minors.
Recarey was asked how the girls were recruited and whether it was "under the pretense of a massage?"
"Correct," he replied. "Either a message (sic) and/or become a model for Victoria’s Secret and/or connections."

In the 1980s, Les Wexner appointed Jeffrey Epstein as his financial manager, a position Epstein held until 2007 when Wexner severed ties with him. In 2019, Wexner accused Epstein of having "misappropriated vast sums of money" while he helped manage his finances, some of which Wexner was able to recover.
During one of her depositions, Ghislaine Maxwell vehemently denied supplying Virginia Giuffre, an accuser of Jeffrey Epstein, with "an outfit of a sexual nature" intended for Les Wexner.
Moreover, recent documents released last week identified Wexner as an individual with knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's "sexual trafficking conduct and interaction with underage minors."
Wexner concluded his tenure as the CEO of L Brands in 2020. Subsequently, in 2021, L Brands underwent a split, with Bath & Body Works retaining its original name, and Victoria's Secret emerging as a distinct entity.
These revelations come as Epstein's case continues to be a subject of investigation and scrutiny, shedding light on the extent of his alleged activities and the connections he had within the business world.
