TRICHY: BJP state president

K Annamalai

on Saturday accused the

DMK

govt of playing outdated north-south

divisive politics

instead of focusing on developmental politics.
Speaking at the third state conference of IJK led by the incumbent Perambalur MP T R Paarivendhar at Siruganur in Trichy,

Annamalai

said that former chief minister C N Annadurai himself had abandoned the

north-south divide

politics.

However, Stalin had taken up the obsolete politics and was applying it here, he said. "In TN, they talk divisive politics instead of development politics. DMK is not ready to seek votes by highlighting its achievements. They only speak ill of the Centre," said Annamalai.
