However, the tranquillity of this adventure sport was recently disrupted by a disturbing incident captured in a viral video. The video showed a clash between tourists and rafting guides along the banks of the Ganges.
Shared with a caption detailing the altercation between tourists and boatmen, the video gave a glimpse of a violent confrontation resulting in injuries to several individuals. Scenes of people wielding paddles as weapons highlighted the severity of the conflict.
