Users worldwide are currently facing yet another outage with ChatGPT, occurring shortly after a significant disruption just months ago. According to the reports, users are unable to access the ChatGPT website and app or getting slower response than usual.
Open AI has acknowledged the outage

" on their OpenAI Status website.

The status website also mentions that “Investigating - We are currently investigating degraded service in ChatGPT where pages are loading slower than normal impacting potentially all users.”

The website also mentions the total outage time of 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Users have reported on X
The problem has been widely reported by users on the microblogging site X as well. Users have already started posting that they are unable to access ChatGPT services. Apart from this, Downdetector, the internet monitoring site, has also reported the ongoing outage. According to the website, the issue started at 7:30am today and it is still down.
Problems users are facing
Apart from the OpenAI’s official website where it says that they are investigating the slower loading time for ChatGPT website. Several users have posted that they are seeing an “"Internal Server Error" message while acceing the ChatGPT app.
