. From May 14 to May 28, fans worldwide cast their votes, and Jungkook emerged victorious with an impressive 39.07% of the total votes.

Despite fierce competition, Jungkook's lead was substantial.

n.SSign's Kazuta claimed the second spot with 18.99%, followed by SHINee's Taemin in third place with 10.77%. NiziU's MAKO and TXT's Beomgyu rounded out the top five with 9.37% and 5.51% of the votes, respectively.

Jungkook's influence in Japan extends beyond this recent accolade. He was previously crowned the most searched male idol on YouTube in 2024. Additionally, he was the only K-pop solo artist featured in 'Faces of 2023,' an honor bestowed upon him by 300,000 Japanese individuals.
Furthermore, Jungkook's solo single 'Seven' has amassed over 100 million cumulative streams and earned a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). At the 38th Japan Gold Disc Awards, he clinched the Song of the Year by Download in the Asian category for the second consecutive year.
In a historic achievement, Jungkook became the first and only K-pop solo artist to claim the No. 1 spot on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Japan chart with the explicit version of 'Seven.' His debut solo album 'GOLDEN' also made a significant impact upon its release, topping the Billboard Japan Hot Albums chart and the Download Albums chart. Moreover, it dominated the Oricon Daily Album Chart, selling an impressive 205,961 copies on its first day alone. The album 'GOLDEN' even surpassed the 250,000-copy mark within months of its release, earning Jungkook yet another platinum certification from RIAJ.
