Responding officers located Keino Campbell, 27, inside a 2012 Infiniti sedan with three gunshot wounds to the chest, police say. Campbell was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect, Michael Aracena, was arrested on Sunday. Police charged him with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The shooting stemmed from a drag racing incident, according to police sources. The two pulled over on the side of the road to exchange words after a possible collision, at which point Campbell was shot.
