He also said the SKM would observe 'black' Friday, demanding FIR in death of farmer at Khanauri border.
“Starting from tomorrow, we are launching all-India mega programmes. First programme is Black Day or Aakrosh Diwas on February 23. will be organised at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. We expect more than a lakh people to join,” Rakesh Tikait said.
“These are long fights. Not by one ‘morcha’, we will need to surround Delhi (Delhi ‘gherao’) from all four directions, as we did earlier. All farmers should stay together,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Food secretary at a briefing expressed hope that a resolution was possible of before start of wheat procurement season from March.
