Big 'dill': Long Island deli goes viral for pickle bun sandwich

OCEANSIDE, N.Y. (PIX11) – An Italian deli on Long Island is becoming a big "dill" on TikTok for one of its unique creations.

Seven Brothers Gourment in Oceanside serves sandwiches with pickles as the bun. The employees scoop out the pickle's insides and stuff it with whatever fillings your heart desires.

The deli serves 250 pickle sandwiches daily for around $10 each, according to Gothamist. Videos of the pickle sandwich on TikTok have garnered hundreds of thousands of views.

The pickle sandwich has gotten so popular that the deli has created a pickle sandwich line so that it can still accommodate deli customers, according to its Instagram account.
