Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan to star in Dharma's action-comedy

Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana and actor Sara Ali Khan are teaming up for a new project, to be bankrolled by Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment.

Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana and actor Sara Ali Khan are collaborating for the first time for Dharma Production and Sikhya Entertainment's untitled film. The movie is being touted as an entertaining action-comedy.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on his social media handle with a caption that read, "AYUSHMANN - SARA ALI KHAN TO STAR IN DHARMA - SIKHYA’S ACTION-COMEDY. Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment reunite, this time for an action-comedy headlined by #AyushmannKhurrana and #SaraAliKhan. Written and directed by Aakash Kaushik, this is Dharma and Sikhya’s third theatrical collaboration. Shooting has begun. Title will be announced soon (sic)."

Meanwhile, it was earlier announced that Ayushmann Khuarrana's Border 2 with Sunny Deol will start shooting from this October. Produced by JP Dutta and Bhushan Kumar, Border 2 was on the cards in 2015 but was reportedly put on the back burner after Deol's films consecutively flopped.

Ayushmann Khurrana was last seen in Dream Girl 2 in the lead role, while Sara starred in Prime Video release, Ae Watan Mere Watan. She has Anurag Basu's Metro In Dino and Sky Force in the pipeline.
