in the capital city. Among the devotees, Malayalam TV celebrities were also seen engaging in the rituals.
Adorned in traditional Kerala sarees, TV actresses were observed preparing Pongala along the roadways.

Ex-Bigg Boss Malayalam contestant Aniyan Midhun shared a note on social media expressing his excitement about being a part of Pongala for the first time. The Wushu champion had joined his Bigg Boss inmate Sobha Viswanath for the festival.

Dancing Stars fame Malavika Krishnadas joined the festival by preparing Pongala at her home. The actress who tied the knot recently with her former Nayika Nayakan inmate Thejus, prepared Pongala with her mother and other family members.

Geetha Govindam actors Binny Sebastian, and Revathi Murali also offered Pongala.
