Ahead of the Opposition's 'Loktantra Bachao' (Save Democracy) rally in Delhi's Ramlila Maidan, the poster of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was removed from the podium. The poster had an image of Kejriwal shown behind bars.

It was not known why Kejriwal's poster was removed from the podium but what was evident is that the Congress's top leadership arrived at the venue much earlier than its alliance partners. The Congress earlier said that it was not a one-person centric rally.

The rally, seen as a move of Opposition strength ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, was held to protest against Kejriwal's arrest in the Delhi liquor policy-linked money laundering case.
