Renowned actor Anupam Kher has been invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi. The event, set to take place at Rashtrapati Bhavan, will mark Modi's third term in office following a resounding victory in the recent national elections.

Kher, an ardent supporter of Modi, expressed his gratitude and excitement upon receiving the invitation. "As a citizen of India, this will be my third opportunity to attend the oath taking ceremony. This is very special. But the bigger thing than that is that the prime minister is #SameToSame The dialogue will also be the same this evening!!! I am Narendra Damodardas Modi... All hail! Jai Hind! #PrimeMinister @narendramodi," Kher stated in an Instagram post.

The swearing-in ceremony is expected to be a grand affair, attended by prominent political leaders, dignitaries, and celebrities from various fields. Along with Anupam, Rajinikanth will also be attending the event. Speaking to the media before leaving for Delhi from Chennai, Rajinikanth said that after Jawaharlal Nehru, it is Narendra Modi who will be taking over as PM for the third term in office and termed it as an 'achievement', as reported by news agency PTI.

Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi is scheduled to be sworn in as the leader of a coalition government at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at 7. 15 PM on Sunday. The ceremony will be attended by dignitaries and special invitees from neighbouring countries and the Indian Ocean Region. In light of the event, traffic restrictions and airspace curbs have been implemented in the national capital.
