Prime Minister Modi, expressing his enthusiasm after the meeting, took to X (formerly Twitter) and said, "A wonderful meeting indeed! Always a delight to discuss sectors which will make our planet better and empower millions of people across the globe."

Taking to the same social media platform, Bill Gates had previously shared insights into the fruitful discussion.

He wrote, "It is always inspiring to meet with @narendramodi, and there was a lot to discuss. We talked about

agriculture

, and climate adaptation; and how we can take lessons from India to the world."

The discussions touched upon various critical aspects, including leveraging artificial intelligence for the public good, promoting digital public infrastructure (DPI), fostering women-led development, and driving innovation in key sectors such as agriculture, health, and climate adaptation.
Eaarlier, in an interview with ANI, Bill Gates shared his thoughts on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for India. The billionaire acknowledged the exciting strength of India in terms of economic growth and innovation. Gates expressed his belief in the effectiveness of democracy, emphasizing that it is not just about his group deserving a term, but rather about contributing to the overall growth, improving the economy, and enhancing education for everyone.
Speaking about India's future, Gates conveyed his optimism, saying, "I'm certainly bullish. The rate of improvement in many key areas is very strong. India is globally recognized as a leader in vaccines, and we are actively investing with our partners here to develop numerous new vaccines."
