NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Alternate Side Parking rules are suspended in New York City on Sunday and Monday in observance of Passover.
Drivers are reminded that parking within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant is illegal and that painted curbs at hydrant locations do not indicate where they can park.
Cars parked near fire hydrants will be ticketed. Parking meters will remain in effect citywide.
Vehicle owners are encouraged to check online or dial 311 for updates.
