came together to create a rip roaring comedy with De De Pyaar De, directed by Akiv Ali and backed by Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, and Bhushan Kumar. The film had an open ending, leaving the space for its sequel and now the team is ready to take the story ahead with the same characters.
Now, according to a report by Pinkvilla, Ajay Devgn and his team are gearing up to
commence filming
for "
De De Pyaar De 2
" by the end of May or early June.
A source close to the project disclosed that Ajay Devgn is currently occupied with the shooting schedules of 'Singham Again' and 'Raid 2.' The filming for 'Singham Again' is slated to conclude by the end of May, while 'Raid 2' is also expected to wrap up around the same time, with minor additional shooting for the Rajkumar Gupta film in the subsequent months. It is anticipated that Ajay Devgn will transition from action and drama to comedy with the commencement of 'De De Pyaar De 2' by the end of May or early June.

Earlier, it was being said that Luv and Tarun Ranjan, who were the original writers of the film have come up with a script which is an apt sequel to the original. While the first part dealt with Ashish’s family, the sequel will be about Ayesha’s family when they realise the age gap between the two is more than two decades.
Besides this, Ajay Devgn also has Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha with Neeraj Pandey where he teams up with Tabu once again. The film goes through a unique musical love story spanning across 20 years and is set between 2002 and 2023. The film also stars Jimmy Sheirgill, Shantanu Maheshwari and Saie M Manjreker in pivotal roles. The music of the film has been composed by Oscar winner MM Keeravani.
