The affordable housing lottery is for the Edgemere Commons B1 in Far Rockaway.
The Edgemere Commons B1 has 2 studio apartments for $544 a month. A single person or a couple making between $22,458 and $34,020 would qualify.
The building has twenty-one one-bedroom apartments available for $689 a month. A household of up to three people making between $27,978 and $34,020 would qualify.
The building has eleven two-bedroom apartments available for $815 a month. A household of up to five making between $33,772 and $52,500 would qualify.

Applications for Edgemere Commons B1 will remain open until June 20.
The property is listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
