Affle

Ltd. According to the company, the funding was conducted at a pre-money valuation of Rs 338 crores. The capital raised, as per the company, will be directed towards the platform’s expansion and progression.

Following this investment, Affle will possess a 9.03% stake in the startup. The startup, which reportedly has over 8.5 million users across more than 75 countries, did not disclose other investors involved in this round of funding. The other investors in the company are reported to include India Discovery Fund, Jaipuria Family Office, Khimji Family Office, Action Group Family Office, and Kajaria Tiles Family Office.
Social media app for travellers
In 2021, Sonu Sood and Jitin Bhatia launched Explurger, a social media application tailored for travellers. The app offers a customised travelogue for its users and incentivises prolonged activity with rewards.
In recent years, several actors have joined India's startup ecosystem, this includes stepping into the roles of investors and entrepreneurs. In 2020, Sood also founded Pravasirojgar, a platform dedicated to job hunting.
