with the Chennai Police Commissioner’s office against a well-known YouTube channel. The channel allegedly spread false information about him and his family. Some years ago, a Tamil newspaper published

obscene news

about some actresses, including Vijayakumar’s second wife, Manjula. This report received widespread criticism.
Vijayakumar first married Muthukannu in 1969, and they have three children — Kavita Vijayakumar, Anita Vijayakumar, and Arun Vijay. Later, Vijayakumar married actress Manjula in 1976, and they had three daughters — Vanitha Vijayakumar, Preetha Vijayakumar, and Sridevi. Manjula passed away in 2013 after battling jaundice. Recently, a YouTube channel has been spreading similar defamatory reports about Vijayakumar and his late wife.

According to News 18, In his complaint, Arun Vijay stated that the false and

defamatory comments

were not only directed towards his late stepmother, Manjula, but also towards his own mother. Despite the complaint, the police have not taken any action yet.

Arun Vijay was last seen in ‘Mission: Chapter 1,’ directed by AL Vijay. Released on January 12, the movie also stars Amy Jackson and Nimisha Sajayan, with Abi Hassan, Bharath Bopana, and Iyal in supporting roles.
