7 injured after car-bus collision in UP's Prayagraj

: Seven people, including five children, sustained injuries when the car they were traveling in collided head-on with a bus near

Beerpur

post on Saturday, police said.
Five children sustained minor injuries, while a teacher and the driver sustained severe wounds.
ACP Sanjay Kumar Singh of Karchhana informed that a bus en route to Mirzapur from Prayagraj lost control at a speed breaker near Beerpur police post and crashed into a Mahindra Bolero vehicle heading to a private school in Pachdevra.

The injured driver, Anil Kumar, and teacher, Sarita, were immediately taken to SRN Hospital for treatment.
The five children received first aid and were sent home.
The incident is currently under investigation.
