$50,000 Powerball ticket sold in NYC

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – One person in New York City is waking up $50,000 richer on Sunday, according to lottery officials.

A third prize-winning ticket was sold at Lucky Corner Mini Market Inc., located at 6101 20^th Ave. in Brooklyn. Saturday’s winning Powerball numbers were 1, 12, 14, 18 and 69 with a red Powerball of 2 and a power play of 3x.

A player in Kentucky won the Powerball jackpot worth $167.3 million.

The next Powerball drawing will be held on Monday at 10:59 p.m.
