STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – Over 130 affordable housing units are now open for applications at a Staten Island waterfront apartment building, according to NYC Housing Connect.
Rentals at The Pearl, located at 475 Bay St., features a gym, recreation room, rooftop and outdoor terraces, elevators and a shared laundry room, according to the listing. Units also have air conditioning, a dishwasher, brand-new finishes and appliances and plenty of closet space.
To qualify for the lottery, your household income must range from $64,732 to $140,080. One, two and three-bedroom units are all available for applications.
The monthly rent ranges from $1,790 to $2,481 and includes heat and hot water. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including the electric stove, according to the listing.
The lottery is expected to close on April 22.
